Personal Training

Where it all started for Fit4Life, this personal coaching approach is completely customised to you and your goals. You will be paired with the Fit4Life coach that is a specialist in the area you are focused on improving while working alongside our own nutrition coach.

For example, if you want to drop some fat you will work with either our female or male transformation specialists, while having your nutrition overseen by our nutrition coach. You will have the option for daily check ins with the nutrition coach as we aim to educate you on all thing’s health and fitness.

Then comes the lifestyle coaching as we utilise our coaching site to develop all the other aspects that incorporate health and fitness. From sleep, to hydration, tracking and understanding the data the scales give us along with body fat and muscle mass tracking. We take a holistic approach to achieving your goals.

We have several packages here depending on your requirements and run a Free Transformation Session where you will trial a session in our private facility. Also, in this session we give you the answers to how to achieve your goals, before finally taking you through any appropriate packages we may have for you. Small Group Personal Training

All the coaching and accountability of our personal training at half or even quarter of the price. We do not charge any more for you to create your own group of up to 4 and work with one of our specialist coaches in the area you are focused in.

We work with lots of couples and groups of friends. We can even adjust the sessions to cover a wide array of goals within your group. Like our 121 programs you will also have access to our nutrition coach, our coaching site, cookbook, nutrition handbook and daily check ins.

Ladies Transform Together

Our trademark package where we deliver over 15 small group training sessions for our ladies to attend. This program is designed exclusively for ladies looking to torch body fat, tone muscle and build their body confidence. No need for another gym membership, we will take care of all your weekly workouts with sessions in the mornings, during the day and evenings.

Working alongside likeminded ladies the program also includes complete nutrition and accountability support through our private accountability group and online coaching site. These are tools we use to educate you on nutrition and then keep you on track.

The Fit4Life community focus on working you hard but efficiently, so you achieve your goals, no need to fear that 'gym anxiety'. We have regular promotions running on this program from trial weeks to money back if you do not drop weight in your first month with us. Saturday Circuit Class

An integral part of our week and the community we have built at Fit4life is our Saturday circuit class. This is included in our Personal training and small group training programs and adds an extra workout to your week for FREE. Every week it is delivered by a different Fit4life coach so variety and a great start to the weekend is guaranteed.

We also open this session up to friends and family of members and any non-members that just fancy a free Saturday morning workout. The workout is designed for all levels so no need to worry about getting started, we will take care of you. So, get in contact and we will get you booked in.

Online Coaching

If you cannot get to us or want a professional coach to program your workouts for you to do at your own gym? Plus, you want daily check ins and support from our nutrition coach incorporated? Then this is the program for you!

Using our private app on your phone you will have your sessions planned for you, instant messaging access to your coaches and daily check ins for nutrition and accountability. Other than being more cost-efficient method of having a coach, we also have a 10-day free trial ready to go when you are. Level 2 & 3 Personal Training Courses

If you want to develop your knowledge on exercise and nutrition or maybe even start a new career, then this is an awesome set of courses for you. Delivered over two weekends the course will give you an in depth understanding of the body and how to utilise exercise to force the body to adapt.

The course is developed to give you a full understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the body to how to plan and deliver practical sessions. This could be ideal for someone just looking to increase their knowledge in the gym or as a pre-requisite leading to you being a fully qualified Personal trainer. The Business of Personal Training Program Course

A specialist course for current or aspiring personal trainers that covers the intricate details of being a personal trainer. Delivered over one weekend, this program covers everything from creating a funnel to acquire leads, to sales, social media, exercise nutrition, managing and retaining your clients and finally a practical aspect as we explore the science of exercise further.
